Jen’s deep-rooted passion for real estate is built on over two decades of hands-on experience with NDI Custom Homes. Since 2001, she has led the sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation of NDI’s speculative projects—identifying prime building lots, assessing development potential, overseeing home design, and marketing the finished product. Her strategic insight and commitment to excellence have shaped countless successful builds across Northern Virginia.
Jen founded NDRG with the same core values that have guided her career from the start: trust, value, and service. These principles continue to define her approach to every client relationship and project.
A proud Northern Virginia native, Jen was born in Arlington and raised in Fairfax. She graduated from Robinson Secondary School before earning her degree from Virginia Tech, where she met her husband, Paul. Today, they live in Falls Church City with their two sons. Outside of work, Jen enjoys cooking and entertaining, traveling, and strolling through town with her beloved dogs, Katie and Bentley.
