Adam Alderson officially joined New Dimensions Inc. in 2007, though his connection to the company goes back to his college summers working as a general laborer on job sites. He began his career with NDI as part of the Site Management program, later serving as a Construction Manager, and has held the role of Vice President of Operations since 2013.
Adam takes pride in carrying on the legacy his father started nearly 40 years ago. He enjoys being involved in every stage of the building process, from the first idea to the final walkthrough, and finds it especially rewarding to see a client’s vision become a finished dream home.
Adam lives in the City of Falls Church with his wife, Amanda, and their two children, Ryan and Caroline. In his free time, he enjoys word games, coaching and watching youth sports, listening to music, and spending time at the beach.
