Kelly joined NDI in 2023, bringing more than 10 years of experience on the builder side of real estate in Virginia and North Carolina. A Northern Virginia native, she knows the challenges of this market and uses her background in building and property knowledge to guide clients from concept to completion. Whether working with seasoned investors or first-time builders, Kelly helps turn ideas into reality.
Outside of work, Kelly enjoys time with her family. She is active in coaching her kids in basketball and lacrosse, and when they’re not on the field, they can usually be found at the beach.
