If you have followed my blog for any length of time, you know how much I love handing keys over to clients. This week, I had the pleasure of celebrating with our client, and now the proud owners of this beautiful Winslow Model.

Settlement day is truly a celebration. It is the moment we see the result of all the planning (and dreaming) after what can seem like a long process. But it is always worth it!

The Winslow Model has quickly become one of our most popular designs. This beautiful home is right sized at just under 4000 square feet (1st and 2nd floor), and it has a floor plan that is the perfect balance between planned space and flex space.
