July 21, 2014Well 2014 is more than half over. It seems like just yesterday I was putting away the Christmas decorations, shoveling snow and figuring out which of my New Year’s resolutions I could still salvage and make happen. I should exercise more. I should eat better. I shouldn’t sweat the small stuff. Yadda yadda yadda.
July 17, 2014When I think about the word integrity, I think of my dad. I think about the simple principles he used to build NDI into the great company it is today. It was never about being the biggest. It was about being the best. It was about seeing a client in the grocery store and wanting to approach them to say hi instead of turning the other way.
June 19, 2014In 2001, I was leading a successful career in software sales when an opportunity came up to work for NDI. Dad needed a sales manager and I was looking for something more. I never thought I would work for my dad. To say our relationship growing up was strained would be an understatement and when I turned 16, I’m pretty sure we would go days (ok maybe weeks) at a time without talking. Can anyone relate?
