SCOTT ALDERSON Scott founded the company in 1988 after 20 years in construction. His vision was to provide a custom home option to the lot owner who didn’t think it was possible. 25 years later, nearly 1,500 families have realized that possibility. Scott and his wife Renee enjoy golfing and spending time with their six grandchildren. |

JENNIFER LANDERS PRESIDENTJennifer joined the family business in 2001 and is well positioned to lead the company into the future by continuing her father’s legacy of providing an affordable custom home alternative. Jennifer continually strives to improve the customer experience by getting to know each client and monitoring the progress and quality being built into each NDI home. Jennifer graduated from Virginia Tech; and enjoys golfing, watching Hokie football and spending time with her husband Paul and children, Nathan and Andrew.Email: landersj@newdimensionsinc.com |

BRENDA LANDES Recently celebrating 20 years with NDI, Brenda oversees all corporate financial operations and office administration. She meets with each client personally at the pre-construction meeting to discuss how the draws against the construction loan will occur during the construction process. Brenda lives in Culpeper with her husband Gared, and is a collector of M&M memorabilia and NASCAR fan. |

ADAM ALDERSON DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS Joined NDI Team: 2007Adam created our Site Development Division in 2007 and ran it for 3 years. He then moved into quality assurance for construction in 2010. In 2013, Adam was promoted to Director of Construction Operations. He now manages all construction operations and coordinates all subcontractors and suppliers. Adam lives in Falls Church with his wife Amanda and son, Ryan. Adam enjoys watching Nationals baseball games and as a Virginia Tech graduate, is an avid Hokies fan.Email: aldersona@newdimensionsinc.com |

PHIL MANGANO CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS MANAGER Joined NDI Team: 2007Phil has a wealth of knowledge in residential construction and has fulfilled many roles in his tenure with NDI. He now oversees all Project Managers and field operations. Phil enjoys sports and spending time at the beach with his wife and four children. |

ANNETTE MCMAHON PRODUCTION MANAGER Joined NDI Team: 1993Another 20-year veteran, Annette’s tenure began in the Accounts Payable department, and since, she has worked in every department across the company. She is currently responsible for coordinating the production of our homes; issuing the purchase orders and plans to our subcontractors. Annette has the best memory in the company – if you ask her about a house we built 15 years ago, she remembers. Annette enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and attending sporting events, concerts & NASCAR races. Her bucket list includes one day owning a Harley Davidson Motorcycle. |

DAWN HOFFMAN Dawn is the liaison between our clients and the production team. From the preconstruction meeting through the warranty program, Dawn provides regular updates to our clients during construction and is the main point of contact for our clients. Dawn is committed to providing top-notch service to every client. Dawn is a lifelong resident of Manassas, and is owned by three cats -Sheba, Sophie & Emma. DORIS MCCREA EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT & RECEPTIONIST Joined NDI Team: 2003Started in the Administrative field 27 years ago, and is now in her 10th year with NDI. Born in Beirut, Lebanon and a native Northern Virginian; Doris is a graduate of Marymount University in Arlington. Her passions are: running, recreation and helping out part time at her family’s business. |

RICK HOFFMAN PROJECT MANAGER Joined NDI Team: 1991 Rick is the company’s most tenured team member, having been with NDI for over 20 years. Rick enjoys sports, particularly the Cowboys & Nationals and reading books on history. |

PAUL SNYDER PROJECT MANAGER Joined NDI Team: 2014 Paul has nearly 20 years of new construction experience. He has experience in all facets of new construction including framing and customer service. Paul lives in Manassas with his wife and two young children. |

DENNIS O’KEEFE PROJECT MANAGER Joined NDI Team: 2015Dennis started with NDI in April 2015. He has 20 plus years in the construction business and takes pride in managing and delivering a high quality product to our customers. Dennis’ wife is a registered nurse and they have three children who are very active in sports. Dennis has been coaching little league baseball and football for 7 years. When they are not at a sporting event, the O’Keefe family enjoys weekends at Lake Anna waterskiing and riding jet skis. Dennis also likes to fish and hunt. |

AMY LITTEN SITE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT MANAGER Joined NDI Team: 2013While Amy is the newest addition to the NDI team, we’ve known her for a long time as she was with a local subcontractor for 16 years. Amy is a veteran in the construction industry and has managed a multitude of projects in both residential and commercial sectors. As NDI’s Site Development Project Manager, she is responsible for managing all aspects of our site development division. RENEE PAQUET SENIOR SALES MANAGER Joined NDI Team: 2005Renee has been with NDI for over 12 years, and has been the number one Sales Manager for the past 8 years. EVELYN ENDLER SALES MANAGER Joined NDI Team: 2017Evelyn joined NDI in 2017, after successful careers in the hotel industry and owning a Real Estate Services company. She brings a great deal of energy and excitement to this new step in her career. When she’s not working with clients, Evelyn enjoys entertaining her friends and family at gatherings at the home she shares with her husband and son. SARAH BAGLEY CLIENT EXPERIENCE CONSULTANT Joined NDI Team: 2016Sarah and her husband, Dan, built an NDI home in 2013. Sarah loved the process so much that she came to Jen with a job proposal! Sarah manages NDI’s marketing, PR, and social media communications and manages NDI’s Client Experience Program. Sarah’s goal is to always look for ways to improve the process and make your experience a good one!
