June 23, 2016In 2014, we launched a new program called NDI Gives Back. The purpose of NDI Gives Back is to challenge our employees to go out into their communities and "give back." We give each team member 8 hours of paid time off to volunteer for an organization of their choice.

In the short time since we've launched the program, we've donated nearly 100 hours of service to various organizations and causes. Our push to get more involved in our community has been a great success. We even made the local paper!

December 15, 2014Giving Thanks. Our NDI family is feeling pretty darn thankful this year as we welcomed a new baby for one team member and celebrated the nuptials of another. We’re also on our way to finish close to 50 homes by Christmas. Feeling thankful is an understatement.

It seems like just yesterday I was putting away the Christmas decorations, shoveling snow and figuring out which of my New Year’s resolutions I could still salvage and make happen. I should exercise more. I should eat better. I shouldn’t sweat the small stuff. Yadda yadda yadda.
